Following the success of our Body Beyond Baby classes and programs and through working with pregnant women one-on-one and within our group training we saw the benefit that prior knowledge gave our new mums over ones that had not trained with us before hand. We also know first hand how exercise during pregnancy helped our own pregnancy journey and post-birth recovery.
We welcome all pregnant mums to join us at our Body Beyond Baby training sessions in all three of our locations. All of our exercises can be adapted to you week to week and we have many pregnant mums that train with us right up until they are due and return soon after.
