Body Beyond Baby – Mid Week Sessions

Body Beyond Baby offers a variety of group training sessions in Sydney’s East; Centennial Park , Bondi Junction and Inner West;  Birchgrove Oval and our affiliate businesses look after Willoughby and Lane Cove on the North Shore of Sydney; Point Cook, Glen Iris and Geelong in Victoria and Birkenhead on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand.  Our postnatal workouts gives you the opportunity to feel fantastic, work up a sweat and meet other like-minded mums. Enjoy an interruption-free workout by allowing our nannies to take care of your bub while you train.

Body Beyond Baby sessions are structured around the fact that you have given birth: we aim to re-train muscles that have been relaxed for some time and encourage the knitting back together of the abdominal muscles, to stretch out tight muscles and strengthen important postural muscles. Add to this our cardiovascular and resistance exercise and you have a fantastic well-rounded postnatal workout.

Body Beyond Baby Early Risers

Have you gone back to work or prefer to train early in the morning?  We have a session for you! Get your day started in the best possible way. Leave bub at home, jump out of bed and enjoy this energising session that still has a strong focus on core and postural work in order to ensure you stay strong from the inside out. Exactly what you need when looking after small children and juggling work commitments.
