Training with Jen Dugard’s Body Beyond Baby or Tough Mums
You are welcome to come along for a one off $10 trial session before commiting to our Body Beyond Baby group training sessions.
You may commence training with Body Beyond Baby whenever it suits you – however you must have been for your 6-8 week check-up with your doctor and been given the all clear to exercise prior to your first session.
Following your trial session, if you would like to continue to come along we ask for an initial eight week commitment.
We recommend that you begin training with us twice per week as we know that you will see better results this way.
Body Beyond Baby prefers payment via fortnightly direct debit. There is no set up fee for your direct debit payment.
All sessions must be booked using our Mind Body online booking system and we encourage you to stick to the same sessions per week for the majority of the time.
You may cancel and rebook a session through our Mind Body online booking system providing it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Once you have completed your initial eight weeks of training, you will automatically become a regular Body Beyond Baby client and your direct debit will continue unless you tell us otherwise. We will assume you would like to keep training with us.
If you are a regular Body Beyond Baby client and would like to permanently stop training with us, we require two weeks notification to cancel your direct debit.
You may put your dierct debit on hold if you are going away on holidays for more than two weeks. If you become pregnant or injure yourself at one of our sessions, you may also put your sessions on hold.
Any sessions missed due to holidays of two weeks or less, or for any other reason will become make up sessions (providing we have been given 24 hours notice). Make-up sessions must be used up within the same calendar month.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be made up later within the same calendar month and providing there is space within other sessions.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may only be made up at our Satudray 8am session within the same calendar month. If you are unable to do your make-up on Saturday, your missed session will be forfeited.
No credits will be given for missed sessions.
Body Beyond Baby sessions are very rarely cancelled – we train in the rain. Should a session be cancelled due to extreme weather circumstances or any other reason, it is your responsibility to book in a make-up session within the same calendar month.
During the summer months we operate on our ‘summer pricing’ of $32 per session (with childcare) and our babies and children are cared for by our nannies outside. In certain weather circumstances we may move our children indoors and this will incur an additional $3 fee to cover our overheads – this is payable in cash at your session.
During the winter months we permanently move our children indoors for 3-4 months depending on the weather. During this time there will be an increase in session fee and your direct debit payment will be adjusted accordingly. You will be advised of the exact fee increase prior to our move indoors.
You can choose either our childcare option or pay for your sessions without childcare.
If you choose not to pay for childcare regularly and you need to bring your child, you will need to check the night before your session that we have space for your child and an additional $5 fee will be charged on the morning of your session. In this instance we will do our best to accommodate your child but cannot guarantee a spot will be available.
If you require childcare for more than one child, there will be an additional $5 fee per child per session. If this is a regular scenario you will need to choose this option for your ongoing direct debit.
If you require childcare for more than one child as a one off, you will need to check the night before your session as to whether we have space for your other child and an additional $5 fee will be charged on the morning of your session. We will do our best to accommodate your additional child but cannot guarantee it will be available.
Sessions will start on time – please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before that start of your session to settle your child with our nannies and begin your warm up with everyone else. The start of our session is highly important in warming up and tuning into your core and postural system. If you arrive late you will be asked to warm up, stretch and perform some core and postural exercises prior to joining us.
If you have any pelvic floor weakness (leaking, dragging, urgency, etc), abdominal separation, pelvic instability or pain, sciatica or back pain OR your baby is less than 6 months old and you have not been exercising (walking not included as exercise in this instance), we highly recommend that you attend our pelvic floor and core workshop or a one-on-one session with our women’s health physio either before or within the first few weeks of your Body Beyond Baby training sessions commencing.
