No, you don't. In fact we LOVE when Health & Fitness Professionals who are dedicated to looking after mums come on board that are not the same. We know that everyone is different and different approaches work for different women. The more diverse a range of professionals on our team the more we know we can support more mums.

Although we do have some professionals on board that base their whole business around working with mums we invite a diverse range professionals to join us.  If you are committed to ensuring you work with in your Safe Return to Exercise guidelines & raise the standard of the way mums are looked after across our industry we would love you to join us.

Yes, in-fact in your initial module we will support you in ensuring you have created your women's health physio relationship.

Not at all! In fact we have had affiliates join us in the past that are launching brand new businesses and haven't even worked in the fitness industry before. Having a team of supportive professionals around you when you are starting out can really make a huge difference in the way you move forward and set you up for awesome success!

Absolutely YES! If you are like me you will know that you are forever learning. We've had business join us that have been operating for 7+ years but have not quite managed to put into place solid systems policies and procedures and we have worked with them in our coaching format to make sure these things are in place and they are set up for ongoing success.

Yes! We have had two of our existing affiliates take time off to have their baby and we have supported them to make sure they have procedures in place so that their business can run without them.  You could wait but we know that looking back in more than a years time and wishing you had started sooner feels uncomfortable. You can move at your own pace throughout the whole process and know you will be supported along the way - something every mum with a new baby needs!

Absolutely.  We know that further coaching isn't for everyone and that's completely okay. Some people will already have a great foundation and we get to build on that. Others will learn the things they need to work on simply through understanding the criteria for ensuring you have strong foundations in place and through doing this you will be able to implement what is missing.

Our team philosophy is one of nurturing enough-ness and abundance therefore we look for opportunities to work with neighbouring businesses and fitness professionals rather than in competition.  We strive to break down the barriers of scarcity and know that when we stand together and share our ups and downs there really is no need to feel threatened or in conflict with anyone.

Absolutely. There will be more opportunities to join our team however we have chosen to take new team members on for a short period of time and then to close our doors to make sure we are nurturing and bringing our team together.  There is never any pressure from me, I know that these things play out at their own time and when you are ready. I also know that procrastination doesn't serve us so encourage you to ask yourself WHY you choose to hesitate and that new things always feel exciting and scary at the same time. You should know that we do raise our prices at each in-take & whatever membership rate you come in at now will be yours for the life of your ongoing membership.

The totally cool thing about being part of a membership is that you are supported the whole time yet you can set your own pace. You have lifetime access to our content for as long as you remain a member. You can choose where you are up to and consume only the information that is right for you at the moment yet you can ask questions about where you are up to at any time within the group. Go through a challenging period and need to take a step back? that's cool, we are here to support you along the way and all of your content will be readily available when you are ready.

Yes!  When you choose to become and affiliate member you commit to a 12month rolling contract.  This is because we know it can take a little time to get all settled AND we value quality and consistency for our mums - we don't want team coming and going in each area. We also ask you to sign our 'code of conduct' as part of your on-boarding process which basically means you commit to up-holding our standards and being a nice human!

Part of our mission is to raise the standard of the Fitness Industry. In order to become a member you agree to:

• Ensure you run a Safe Return to Exercise business at all times.
• Display the SRE and BBB Affiliate logos on your mum-focused marketing material/website.
• Prove ongoing partnerships with your local Women's Health Physio.
• Ensure all of your mum-clients visit a WHP within 12weeks of joining your training.
• Ensuring you hold proper insurance for your business.
• Abide by our code of conduct.
• Be affiliated with Fitness Australia or your governing body.

Although we know there are many pre and postnatal accreditations out there (and we LOVE learning all of the things) we choose Safe Return to Exercise as our standard of minimum qualification. Through doing our face to face in-person or virtual course you will also spend time with me and we can see if we are a great fit to continue working together!
