I have been mentoring with Jen over the past 12 months, during that time I went from being a new business owner to oversubscribed for both personal training and outdoor group training. Jen taught me the important foundations of being a business owner. Starting from knowing life values, setting boundaries, allowing time off to spend with family and much more. Jen is very structured in her approach but also understand the ups and downs of life. I like the accountability that we have in the sessions to ensure the business is kept on track. Jen and I are always working and progressing the business to the next step, I am always exited for our sessions. I feel very grateful to work alongside Jen and I would highly recommend the investment.

After exceeding all my expectations with the SRE course, I wanted to go for more and keep working and learning from Jen, so I started a mentoring program with her. A super intense ten-week program to learn all things related to running my own Mum focused business. The mentoring program covered important points like choosing the right location, knowing your numbers, the importance to learn to be seen in your area and learning how to build the life you want for you and your family. And also, Jen is there for you for whatever you need, always giving you support and her point of you after many years of experience. She is such a generous mentor; after all, all she wants is to see you shine. I've learned a new way of working that aligns with my values. My experience with the mentoring program was great and full of learning.It is, without a doubt, the best thing I've done for my business life and, that translates into my personal life as well.

1-1 coaching with Jen. I work better in this environment, but I'm very picky about who I listen to, respect and trust. Jen has this knack of extrapolating my mixed up thoughts and words, when I can't seem to work things out or place my finger on things, and delivering to me a beautifully presented nutshell with a bow around it. I think it's called being a good listener. She's a very good listener! She understands me. When I haven't done the things I said I would do she doesn't make me feel bad, she lifts me up and helps me move forward. This type of attribute is invaluable to what I need from a coach and I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks. Our fortnightly mentoring meetings offer reflection, focus and insight and I am held accountable every step of the way. Behind the scenes, my systems are now much more efficient, ways of dealing with clients more streamlined, with a range of new processes for creating leads and follow up systems in place that have grown my business without question over the last 6 months. Being accountable to someone works for me and the support, encouragement and honesty I get from this mentor programme is invaluable. Both me (as a business owner and a person) and my business have grown over the past 6 months. I have come such a long way in such a short distance and have Jen to thank for this.
