Oh, incase you didn't catch much about me, I’m Jen, I began my fitness industry journey way back in 2005 at a big-box gym and after the birth of my first child in 2008 I launched ‘Body Beyond Baby - group exercise with onsite childcare’ and my love-affair with working specifically with mums began and I wrote the book ‘How to Love your Body as much as your Baby in 2013. Fast forward to 2016; I created and launched Safe Return to Exercise - my comprehensive pre and postnatal accreditation which provides FitPros like yourself with THE information you need to ensure your mum-clients are looked after safely and effectively.

In 2018 I sold my group training biz, evolved the brand to include mentoring and continually up-skilling those that are on the mission to look after more mums with me and we have now accredited over 1000 fitness professionals in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Singapore.

Basically I LOVE educating FitPro’s in working with Mums and I LOVE helping them to level up and create a fitness business that supports their whole life (& doesn’t leave them feeling run down and alone)
