MumSafe™ provides education, professional development, certification, business support and resources for fitness and exercise professionals, as well as information and resources designed to help mums access safe and effective exercise.
Some of our programs and services are delivered through third-party platforms, including Kajabi, payment providers, email and SMS platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms and other technology providers. When you interact directly with those services, their own privacy policies and terms may also apply.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with MumSafe™.

Because MumSafe™ operates within the pre and postnatal exercise and education space, there may be circumstances where you choose to provide information relating to your health, pregnancy, postpartum experience, exercise history, birth experience, injury or pelvic health.

We will only use health or sensitive information for the purpose for which it was provided, a directly related purpose that you would reasonably expect, where you have provided consent, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.
MumSafe™ education, information and services are not intended to replace individual medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

10. Children and Young People
MumSafe™ services are primarily designed for adults and fitness or exercise professionals and are not specifically directed toward children.
We recognise, however, that younger people may access information relating to pregnancy, motherhood, exercise or health.
Where we know that personal or sensitive information relates to a child or young person, we will take additional care in determining whether it is appropriate for us to collect, use or retain that information and whether parent or guardian consent may be required.
